Belinda Hoare is a voice artist, actor, and arts educator. She has taught hundreds of students of all ages and is currently a Course Convenor at the National Institute of Dramatic Art.

She studied Communications, English, and Drama at Macquarie University in Sydney, and Theatre Practices at Rose Bruford College, London. She also trained in radio at the Australian Film Television and Radio School.

Touring Australia for Bell Shakespeare and Monkey Baa Theatre Company Belinda has given practical workshops for primary, secondary, and tertiary teachers and students.  She directed the Bell Shakespeare “Players” in Double Trouble which toured primary schools all over Australia, and was part of the inaugural Players Troupe in 2011.

Belinda created courses in Presentation Skills, Australian Theatre and Film, Contextual Studies, and Drama in the Age of Shakespeare for tertiary students at the University of Notre Dame, Sydney, and Rose Bruford College, London.
